Phoebe's issue?

Phoebe had several reasons for wanting to start personal training at Beyondfit. She really wanted to lose weight, but is also a real sweet chewer so this could sometimes be difficult to do on her own. She often had a bloated feeling which she also wanted to get rid of and she also regularly slept badly. Phoebe started the Weightloss programme and managed to achieve her goals within 12 weeks.

Phoebe spent 12 weeks achieving her goals. She really noticed a change in her body and now feels a lot more confident in her body. She also feels much more energetic and active than before.

Phoebe has chosen the Weight loss programme. The Weight Loss programme is aimed at sustainable weight loss without having to follow a very strict diet. With the weight loss programme, you will train 2 - 3 times a week, of which 2 x strength training and 1 or 2 times a week walking. You will also be supported by a nutrition coach who will teach you a healthy diet and lifestyle. You will be in contact with your coach twice a week via WhatsApp and will use our food app for guidance and monitoring. Want to know more about the Weight Loss programme? Why the Weight Loss Programme

Phoebe chose the weight loss programme to lose weight sustainably. She wanted to have a long-term plan so that she would not fall back into her old habits. This required changes in her behaviour and lifestyle. With the weight loss programme, she could change bad habits and create a healthy eating and living pattern for the long term.

I had a great experience at Beyondfit. The trainers are very approachable and friendly. The sessions felt more like talking to a friend. It felt like my trainer was also my life coach outside of my nutrition coach who helped me implement healthier habits that are now part of my life. With the help of my trainer, I really saw my body change which gave me a lot of confidence back. My energy level is a lot higher now, I am even a lot more active and I love it.

How can I start Personal Training?

It always starts with small steps. If you would like to start with personal training and think that we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview

During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.

Free trial lesson

On the basis of the intake interview, we will put together a suitable trial session. During the trial session we will do an extensive body scan and you will do the first exercises together with your personal trainer.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.
