With our small group training you train in small groups of 4-7 people under the guidance of one of our coaches. Free trial lesson

Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.

How many times a week can I train and how long does a workout last?

With small group training you can train as often as you want. The training sessions last 1 hour but to prevent injuries and overtraining we recommend a maximum of 3 to 4 times a week.

When can I expect results?

In general, you will start to see and feel results after 2 to 3 weeks. Especially if you also pay attention to your nutrition and keep coming back to train consistently. However, we will do everything we can to get you in the right flow.

What happens when I go on holiday?

Of course, you also need some rest and we understand if you want to take a break. We give you the opportunity to put your contract on pause if you want to take a break. We do recommend, however, that you keep moving around a bit during your holiday so that we can pick up where we left off afterwards.
