How can I start personal training?

Free intake interview

During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.

Free trial lesson

Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK ARE THE TRAININGS AND HOW LONG DO THE LESSONS LAST?

The programme includes 2 training sessions per week. Depending on your goal and budget, it is also possible to train more often in the week.
The training sessions take one hour each time.

In addition, you will also have to keep moving outside of the training sessions. That's why our personal trainers give you "homework" like 1000 steps a day or to take the bike instead of the car in order to learn healthy habits. In this way, you will continue to work on your goal even on days when you do not meet up with your coach.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO NUTRITION COACHING?

Based on your needs and goals we can create a training schedule. Every 6 weeks we will sit down for a 20 minute evaluation session to assess the programme and provide feedback on progress.
