It is important that you get all the attention you deserve during a training session. That's why our small group training sessions only consist of a maximum of 4-7 people so that everyone still gets the personal guidance they need. You can also motivate each other and have fun with each workout.
To get off to a good start, you will receive a week's menu from us that will give you something to hold on to and show you how to eat healthily. We won't put you on a strict diet but will show you how you can still enjoy delicious meals. Would you like more guidance from one of our nutrition coaches? Then we can offer you an online food app coaching programme for 8 weeks.
PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE CHECK
Every 6 weeks we have an evaluation moment where we discuss the progress. With this we discuss if everything is still to your liking, how your goals are going and if you need any extra guidance. This way we know for sure that we can get the best out of the programme and our coaches can guide you in the best possible way.
EFFECTIVE & EFFICIENT
Total body workout
With our small group trainings you work on your whole body and no muscle group will be missed. One time you work more on your legs and the other time more on your stomach or arms. You work on your strength and condition and learn the right posture and techniques for different exercises.
IT IS ABOUT YOU
You can measure your progress yourself with our NEO Health Body composition monitor scale. This can be found in the changing room and is connected to our Beyondfit app via bluetooth. We recommend you to keep track of your progress every 2 weeks so you know exactly how you are doing.
How can I start the small group training programme?
It always starts with small steps. If you would like to start a small group training programme and think we could help you, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.
Free intake interview
During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.
Free trial lesson
Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

How many times a week are the training sessions and how long do the lessons last?
With the small group training you can train as often as you want. The training sessions last 1 hour
What is your approach to nutrition coaching?
With the small group training programme you will receive a weekly menu that will give you the support and show you how to adopt a healthy eating pattern. It is also possible to get extra support from one of our nutrition coaches at an additional cost. We then offer you an online food app coaching programme for 8 weeks.
What happens when I go on holiday?
Of course, you also need some rest and we understand if you want to take a break. We give you the opportunity to put your contract on pause if you want to take a break. We do recommend, however, that you keep moving around a bit during your holiday so that we can pick up where we left off afterwards.
When can I expect results?
In general, you will start to see and feel results after 2 to 3 weeks. Especially if you also pay attention to your nutrition and keep coming back to train consistently. However, we will do everything we can to get you in the right flow.
