What does a free intake involve?

  • We will discuss your training history and together determine what kind of support is needed to help you best.
  • We will then determine together which programme suits you best.
  • You will then receive a tour of our boutique studio and schedule a trial lesson.

When can I expect results?

  • Structure and regularity are essential for achieving results, as is a good click with the personal trainer.
  • After two weeks of regular training, you will notice that you become stronger, build up condition and get more energy.
  • After 4 weeks you can expect fat loss if you follow the nutrition plan.
  • After 8 weeks, you will start to build muscle and get a defined look.

Can I train with physical complaints?

Yes, this is possible because we have a multidisciplinary team. Our personal trainers are also physiotherapists and therefore put the emphasis on posture, technique and physical strain. We therefore always have a trial lesson so that you can decide for yourself whether this is something for you. During the trial lesson we measure your results and assess what kind of support and coach would suit you best.

How many kilos can I lose?

Watch out! Training is important, but without the right nutrition you will not get there. It is easier to leave out a chocolate bar than to burn off 500 calories.

By training 3 times a week and following a nutrition plan, you can lose 0.5 to 1 kg per week. This is a healthy and responsible way to lose weight.
