SMALL GROUP TRAINING
We believe in a personalized approach to your fitness and health journey. Our small group training sessions are what we are known for. Our sessions generally have 4-7 attendees with professional coaches instructing to ensure a high standard of supervision and guidance is always provided.
These sessions include proper strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to ensure you perform at your best for everyday life. We aim to help you be at the top of your game – whatever that may be.
Simply put, we take the thinking out of your training.
Our sessions are conducted in a manner so that every clients individual needs are addressed even though they are in a small group. Subtle modifications are implemented by our coaches to ensure everyone gets what they need, every time.
