Personal training at Beyondfit
At Beyondfit, we provide a personal approach. Everyone is unique and has different needs. Together with a personal trainer you will determine your goals and wishes. You will receive a personalised training and nutrition coaching that we will work on together. You will learn how to do the exercises the right way and how to adjust your diet and lifestyle. This way you will not only see progress during your training process but you will be able to continue it on your own afterwards. We will teach you everything you need to know for a healthy lifestyle and long-term solution. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of the training sessions, which is why the coach will also give you tips on how to change small habits in your daily life.
What does personal training at Beyondfit mean?

How can I start Personal Training?
It always starts with small steps. If you would like to start with personal training and think that we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview
During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.
Free trial lesson
On the basis of the intake interview, we will put together a suitable trial session. During the trial session we will do an extensive body scan and you will do the first exercises together with your personal trainer.

Why is personal training necessary?
Do you want to become fitter, have more energy or learn how to do strength training in a safe way together with a Personal Trainer? At beyondfit this is possible. Our personal trainers help you not only to guide you during your training but also to learn a healthy & better lifestyle.
It takes a lot of self-discipline and structure to start training on your own and then to keep doing it regularly. In addition, you may not know exactly which exercises are good for your body and how to perform them properly. This is why many people feel too insecure to perform their exercises in a crowded gym.
Our personal trainers will help you to achieve your goals, encourage you to persevere and help you to avoid injuries. We know better than anyone that it is difficult to perform exercises correctly and that it takes a lot of time to learn.
Our goal is to motivate you so that you will feel more and more comfortable and self-confident during our 1-on-1 training sessions. Is it possible to work on my goals with personal training if I have complaints or injuries?
What happens when I go on holiday?
How many times a week are the training sessions and how long do the lessons last?
The training sessions last one hour at a time.
In addition, you will also have to keep moving outside of the training sessions. That's why our personal trainers give you "homework" like 1000 steps a day or to take the bike instead of the car in order to learn healthy habits. In this way, you will continue to work on your goal even on days when you do not meet up with your coach.
When can I expect results?

- Measuring body composition: Every 3 weeks we do an inbody scan. With an inbody scan, we measure whether your body is in good balance. It is one of the most popular and reliable medical fitness scales that gives very accurate results.
- Fitness test: Every 6 weeks we do a fitness test to see if you have improved physically and fitness wise.
What is your approach to nutrition coaching?
This is also how we approach our nutrition coaching. We don't just tell you what to eat, but teach you everything you need to know about healthy eating so that you can continue to apply it yourself. Without the application of a healthy diet, you will not see results.
How do you hold me accountable?
- Every week we discuss the homework assignments you received from your trainer.
- We coach you on your food diary that you keep
- We always check in on days when you are not meeting with your trainer.
