A holistic lifestyle is a way of living where you assume that everything in life is interconnected. In this article we will tell you exactly what a holistic lifestyle is and how you can live holistically.

What is holism or holistic living? The holistic theory, also known as holism, is derived from the Greek word "holos," which means "whole" or "complete. Holism is a philosophy that assumes that everything is interconnected. It is based on the idea that the parts of a system cannot be fully understood without considering their interrelationships and the context in which they function. So the meaning of holism is that everything and everyone is part of the greater whole, and all are interconnected.
