What is medical fitness?

What exactly is medical fitness? Medical fitness is a form of fitness supervised by a physical therapist. The physio guides you to exercise responsibly. In many cases it is about recovering from an injury or rehabilitation from an accident or surgery. The physical therapist then looks at the problem with you and applies some rehabilitation techniques to it and gives you exercises to work on. This is all about repairing the body.
